Some items, if left inside, may even pose serious risks. Let’s take a look at the things you should never forget in your car!

1. Mobile Phones, Tablets, and Laptops

Leaving electronic devices in a car exposed to extreme heat can cause internal circuit damage. Even though modern smartphones are designed to withstand heat to some extent, excessive temperatures can still overheat the device, increasing the risk of explosions or malfunctions, especially if the device is turned on.

2. Lighters

Lighters contain flammable chemicals and gas. When left inside a car in extreme heat, they may ignite or even explode, posing a significant danger.

3. Plastic Water Bottles and Medicine

Direct sunlight can cause plastic bottles to degrade, potentially releasing harmful substances into the water. Similarly, high temperatures can reduce the effectiveness of medications or make them unsafe for consumption. Additionally, if a plastic water bottle is positioned at the right angle, it may magnify sunlight and create a fire hazard.

4. Anti-Slip Rubber Mats

Prolonged exposure to heat can cause rubber mats to melt, leaving behind a sticky residue that is difficult to clean.

5. Power Banks (Portable Batteries)

Power banks contain lithium, a metal highly sensitive to heat. When exposed to extreme temperatures, they may short-circuit, overheat, or even catch fire.

6. Alcohol Spray Bottles

Alcohol sprays contain flammable chemicals and pressurized gas. When left in a hot car, the increased pressure inside the bottle may cause it to burst or ignite, leading to a fire hazard.
