📢 Did you know that there are different types of vehicle license plates on the road, and they vary depending on the type of vehicle they are used for?

Many people might wonder about the meaning of these license plates. Today, Car World Club will help you find the answers.

⚠️ White reflective plate with black letters: Private cars with up to 7 seats and motorcycles.
⚠️ White reflective plate with blue letters: Private cars with more than 7 seats.
⚠️ White reflective plate with green letters: Private trucks such as pickups and small trucks.
⚠️ Yellow reflective plate with black letters: Motorcycles and passenger cars carrying no more than 7 passengers.
⚠️ Yellow reflective plate with red letters: Interprovincial passenger cars.
⚠️ Yellow reflective plate with blue letters: Four-wheel taxis, such as “tuk-tuks.”
⚠️ Yellow reflective plate with green letters: Three-wheel taxis, such as “tuk-tuks.”
⚠️ Green reflective plate with white or black letters: Tour service vehicles, business service vehicles, and rental cars such as airport limousines.
⚠️ Orange reflective plate with black letters: Tractors, road rollers, trailers, and agricultural vehicles.
⚠️ Red reflective plate with black letters: Vehicles not yet registered, for temporary use on the road.
⚠️ Non-reflective white plate with black letters: Diplomatic vehicles, starting with the letter “ท” followed by the country code, a dash, and the license number.
⚠️ Non-reflective blue plate with white letters: Vehicles for special agencies.

  • Letter “อ”: International organizations
